Shipping Policy

At Adelaar Store we ship across all of Egypt through Aramex. Below is everything you need to know about our delivery service.

Delivery times

• Cairo: 1–2 business days from order confirmation.
• Other governorates: 3–5 business days from order confirmation.

Shipping fees

• Free shipping on orders above EGP 1,000.
• Flat rate of EGP 80 on orders below EGP 1,000.
• Minimum order value: EGP 500.

Carrier

All orders are dispatched via Aramex. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by SMS or email.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation, except on Saturdays and public holidays. Orders placed after working hours are processed the next working day.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout. Adelaar Store is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Failed delivery attempts

Aramex will attempt delivery up to two times. If both attempts fail, the package is held at the nearest Aramex hub for pickup or rescheduling. Repeated failed deliveries may result in the order being returned to us; in that case the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping cost.
